Full returns will be provided within 24 hours from when it was delivered or picked up from our location with the receipt. (This does not include special events, funerals, weddings and or any big events). However if you are not completely satisfied with your arrangement we can provide store credit or replacement of the arrangement. Since we sell a perishable product we require you to do the following: properly water flowers or plants and keep them from extreme temperatures.
