When placing the order you would receive an email of confirmation. The time and date entered when the order was placed will be the exact time you receive your order.
I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice. As well, send us an email on our website and request an invoice.
A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, are welcome to give us a call and we will try to best accommodate). U.S. orders must be received before 11:00 am in the recipient’s time zone to assure same-day delivery or pick up. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. 03. Returns, exchanges
Full Returns will be accepted within 24 hours from when it was delivered or picked up from our location with the receipt. (This does not include special events, funerals, weddings and or any big events). However if you are not completely satisfied with your arrangement we can provide store credit or replacement of the arrangement. Since we sell a perishable product we require you to do the following: properly water flowers or plants and keep them from extreme temperatures.
